Shrimp Pasta
1 pound (450g) peeled and deveined shrimp
2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
2 tablespoons (30g) butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 pound (450g) of preferred pasta
salt & pepper to taste
freshly grated parmesan cheese
1. cut the pasta al dente and add butter
2. heat olive oil in a big skillet, and add garlic and pepper flakes. Sauté
3. add shrimps, season with salt and pepper. Cook until pink
4. mix shrimps with pasta. Add more olive oil if needed
Serve with parmesan cheese on the side
