Mexican Spiced Meat for Tacos




1 1/2 pounds ground beef and pork meat
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
2 teaspoons oregano, dry
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground pepper 
salt to taste 
3/4 cup beef broth or water

1. cook the onion in 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil until translucent. Add the meat and brown.

2. add the rest of the ingredients making sure the broth is the last one you add after mixing the rest of the ingredients well 

3. simmer for 1 hour or longer for all the flavors to infuse
