Bavarian Veal Burger Patties

 


1 pound ground veal
1 day old bread bun
1/2 cup milk
1 onion, chopped
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1 egg
1 tablespoon mustard (I recommend using Maille mustard if you can't get German mustard)
1 tablespoon tarragon (alternatively use tarragon mustard)
Petersilie
Majoran
salt and pepper 

1. in a bowl, soften bread milk. Using your hands, press all the milk out of the bread and chop

2. fry onion in 1 tablespoon of oil

3. mix all the ingredients adding salt and pepper to taste. Mold the meat into patties and fry until nice and brown on a heavy skillet
