Homemade Pizza Dough

 

For 1 10-12" pizza
2 cups pizza flour
2 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup warm water

1. mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Slowly add olive oil, and water, and mix, adding additional flour if dough is too sticky. 

2. brush a bowl with olive oil, place dough inside, and brush the top with olive oil. Cover and let it rise for 30-60 minutes

3. deflate dough, knead quickly, and roll out on a floured surface. Place on a pizza baking pan, and poke several times with a fork before putting the pizza together

4. bake at 425°F on the lower part of oven

Dough can be kept in the refrigerator in an airtight container if not used immediately
