Balsamic Mushrooms

 

1/4 cup olive oil
12 ounces white button mushrooms
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
red pepper flakes
sea salt
freshly ground pepper

1. heat olive oil in a skillet. Add mushrooms, and brown stirring occasionally

2. stir in vinegar, pepper flakes, pepper, and salt. Cook for further 1-2 minutes

Serve warm or at room temperature
