Honey Soy Glazed Salmon

 



2 skinless salmon filets
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt & pepper to taste

1. brush salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper

2. bake at 400° for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon. Salmon should flake easily 

Honey Soy Sauce

4 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tablespoons ginger, finely minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup light soy sauce
1/3 cup honey

1. mix all ingredients and cook until flavors have infused and the sauce has thickened

2. brush some of the sauce on salmon for last 2 minutes of baking. Serve with rest of sauce
