Candied Pumpkin Seeds


200g pumpkin seeds
85g sugar
100ml water
4g cinnamon
4g vanilla sugar

1. add sugar, water, cinnamon and vanilla sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly

2. add pumpkin seeds and stir until all water has evaporated

3. turn heat down, and let caramelize, stirring every couple of minutes making sure the seeds
don't burn

4. place seeds on a lined baking sheet, separate with rubber spatula and let dry
