Shrimp Tacos

 

28 ounces (800g) shrimp, peeled and deveined

Marinade
1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon chili powder, depending on how hot the chili is
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
juice of 1 lime

1. mix all ingredients except the lime juice. Add shrimp and marinade for at least 30 minutes. Add lime juice and marinade for another 10 to 20 minutes

2. cook shrimp in a saucepan or air fryer

Sauce
3/4 cup (170g) mayonnaise 
zest of 1 lime
juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon tabasco
1/4 cup (45g) crème fraîche or sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt

1. mix all ingredients together 

Garnish
Eisberg salad, finely shredded
red onion, finely diced
avocado, sliced or cubed
cotija or feta cheese
coriander leaves

Fill soft warm tortillas with the ingredients as desired and drizzle with sauce
