Cilantro Lime Spicy Tuna Salad

 

4 (5 ounce) (560g) cans tuna in water, well drained and flaked with a fork
1  celery rib, finely diced
1 green onion, finely diced
2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
1 jalapeño, seeded, minced
1 cup (230g) mayonnaise 
1-2 limes, zested and juiced
hot pepper sauce to taste
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
salt & pepper to taste

1. combine mayonnaise, lime juice and zest, hot sauce and salt & pepper. Mix well

2. combine rest of ingredients and mix iwith mayonnaise dressing. If tuna is too dry, add more mayonnaise, and adjust seasonings if necessary
