Pasta Salad
1 pound (450g) farfalle pasta
1 pound (450g) broccoli florets, cooked
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
cooked ham, finely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 big red onion, finely chopped
2-3 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon oregano leaves
1/2 cup (120ml) or more olive oil
parsley leaves, finely chopped
salt & pepper to taste
1. sprinkle cooked pasta with part of olive oil, and cool
2. in a big bowl, mix rest of ingredients, then add pasta. Keep in refrigerator
