Toblerone Mousse

 

10 ounces (300g) Toblerone, chopped

2 eggs, whisked

2 cups (450ml) heavy cream, whipped

1. dissolve chocolate in microwave or in bain marie

2. add eggs to chocolate mixture

3. fold whipped cream to chocolate mixture

4. cool for at least 4 hours or overnight
