Salsa de Ajo Venezolana (Garlic Sauce)
1/2 cup (125ml) whole milk
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (240ml) vegetable oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
fresh coriander leaves
1. in a blender, mix milk, garlic and salt. With the motor running, slowly drizzle 1/2 cup (120ml) oil. When the mixture starts thickening, drizzle rest of oil and lemon juice (alternating)
2. blend until thickened. Add coriander
Keep refrigerated up to 1 week
