Green Goddess Sauce
1/2 cup ((113g) mayonnaise
1/2 cup (113g) crème fraîche or sour cream
2 anchovy fillets
1 garlic clove
1 1/2 tablespoons (22ml) fresh lemon juice
1 cup roughly chopped parsley
1/2 cup roughly chopped basil
1/4 cup chopped chives
2 tablespoons chopped tarragon
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1. place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Adjust seasoning
Use as a salad dressing, dip or as a sauce for fish such as salmon
