Vegan Cheese Dip
1 cup (140g) sweet potatoes, peeled & diced
1 cup (140g) potatoes, peeled & diced
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup (35g) raw cashews
1 tablespoon (15ml) apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons (21g) nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
1/4 cup (60ml) water
chili flakes or cayenne pepper (optional)
1. cook the diced potatoes in salt water until soft. Drain
2. place cooked potatoes and rest of ingredients except chili in a blender. Blend until mixture is completely smooth. Season with chili or cayenne if using
