Bear's Garlic Pesto
4 ounces (113g) bear's garlic leaves
3-4 garlic cloves
1,8 ounces (51g) pine nuts
1 cup (240ml) safflower oil
salt & pepper to taste
Place bear's garlic leaves, garlic and pine nuts in a food processor. Pour in oil slowly with the motor running. Season with salt & pepper to taste, and let stand for flavors to infuse
Tastes great mixed with pasta and freshly grated parmesan cheese!
