Caeser Pasta Salad
Dressing
1/2 cup (115g) mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2 garlic cloves
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 -2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons capers
1 teaspoon pepper
salt to taste
2-3 tablespoons grated parmesan
1. place all ingredients but the grated parmesan in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth
2. stir in parmesan cheese. Refrigerate
Salad
1 head romaine salad, roughly chopped
3 cups (200g) farfalle pasta, cooked and tossed in little olive oil
6 strips bacon, fried and cut
parmesan shaves
1. mix all ingredients, then add the dressing and toss well. Sprinkle with parmesan shaves
Serve with garlic bread and top with grilled chicken or scampi if desired
