Parmesan Crisps
freshly grated parmesan cheese
freshly ground pepper
1. preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. place 1-2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese on baking sheet. You should have a 2" (5cm)
mound of cheese. Sprinkle with pepper
3. bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool on baking sheet
Parmesan crisps taste great on its own or try them as a side for creamy vegetable soups!
