Bavarian Obatzter

7 ounces (200g) sharp and aged soft camembert
3 ounces (80g) young camembert
3 1/2 ounces (100g) cream cheese
2-3 ounces (70g) softened butter
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
3/4 tablespoon sweet paprika powder
1/4 cup (60ml) dark beer (optional)
salt & pepper to taste

Red onion and chives for serving

1. place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until well combined

2. refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving for flavors to develop nicely

3. serve topped with chopped red onions and chives to taste
