Chocolate Sauce

 

1/2 cup (50g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup (200g) sugar
dash of salt
1/2 cup (118ml) cold water
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1. in a saucepan, whisk cocoa powder and sugar together until there are no lumps. Mix in salt and water and bring to a boil over medium heat

2.reduce to simmer and stir constantly for 1 minute. Let cool and add vanilla extract

3. pour into a jar and refrigerate until needed
